We were invited by PwC to collaborate with Ashridge Consulting in contributing to their Leadership Programme for prospective partners throughout Eastern Europe.
In December 2006, we worked with a multinational team of executives from Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland and the Czech Republic at the magnificent Chateux Mcely, Prague to create an intervention that resonated with their concept of Third Generation Leadership. Throughout the project, we developed an effective and provocative arts-based tool which stimulated a greater quality of reflection and insight. In the coming year, with Ashridge, we will be moulding this into a module for roll out to future clients.
