  The world famous Abbey Road Studios made the perfect venue for the enablement work we carried out with the executive team from InterContinental Hotels.

We combined a programme of team and personal reflection which allowed for the use of music to stimulate an improvement of manager and leadership skills coupled with an exploration of their brand positioning in a global context.

Subsequently, this developed into an integral part of their new global positioning initiative which we implemented through our sister company Sound Strategies .

Our work with InterContinental was featured recently in a special edition of The Jorunal of Business Strategy.
