The Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès is based in the city of Sabadell, to the North of Barcelona.

It has a strong reputation throughout Catalonia for its concerts and performances of opera, appearing regularly at the magnificent El Palau concert hall in Barcelona. As a self-governing orchestra its membership also sit on its board of directors and determine both its strategic and artistic direction. With the current chill wind that is blowing across the financial well-being of the Arts, they have been resolute in re-inventing themselves as a forward facing and innovative organisation, establishing a significant reputation as an effective resource for the community in addition to their role as performers.

Our role has been to act as consultants on their internal re-structuring and strategic re-positioning, particularly with reference to their interface with sponsors. We are currently helping them to create a major educational programme in partnership with the bank La Caixa, and with the support of the city education authorities of Barcelona and Sabadell.
